We discovered some time ago the lovely toys made by the amazing Macarena Bilbao, that creator has her own webpage where she creates and design lovely little kitchen totally handmade in wood, that can be accessorized and with a amazing vintage touch. If you have a look in her e-shop you will discover not only the universe of little kitchens but also lots of eco-friendly products with a retro style that we love. This mum based in Canary Islands has reconverted her previous IT career into a creator of toys and we are very happy she did it. The good thing is that their pieces are unique and they are so lovely that they can decorate any space at home. These are our favorites.

Another lovely online store is Candylab Toys, this company based in Brooklyn NY they are crafting a unique line of solid wood toy vehicles. They make them nearly indestructible so they stay in one piece years later.

Candylab Toys was born out of their desire to revive the glamorous ’60s American modernist vibe and carve it into awesome contemporary wood toy designs. As artists, designers and parents they draw on many influences, and the craftsmanship spirit of mid-century artisan furniture designers.
